Millville Airport (MIV)

Request for Comments: Airport Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Services & Airport Rules and Regulations

The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) is recommending updates to the Millville Airport’s Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Services (Minimum Standards) dated January 2013, and the Airport’s Rules and Regulations dated 2001.

The Minimum Standards establishes minimum levels of services and standards relating to the provision of aeronautical services and the conduct of aeronautical activities on the airport. These standards promote the safe and efficient operation of the airport, while also ensuring fair competition and discouraging substandard service.

Airport Rules and Regulations govern the operation of the airport.

Revisions primarily include updates to document formatting, terms and definitions, self-fueling rights and airport access by aeronautical users.
A copy of both documents with revisions can be found at www.millvilleairport.com, or hardcopy at the Millville Airport Administration Building, 104 Leddon St., Millville, NJ 08332. Comments on proposed updates must be submitted by email to airports@drba.net by April 29, 2025.
